Condo Fees

There are a few questions that you may have when you are new to condos. Some of the common questions that may be ask are: what are condo fees, What is included in condo fees, and how are condo fees calculated?.

Condo fees are a monthly payment made by each unit owner to the condo corporation to cover the building operating cost. It is much the same as having the cost as a home owner would incur- lawn mowing, snow removal, building repairs etc.

At Distillery Warehouse our condo fees include water, use of amenities, management, maintenance, landscape, snow removal, garbage removal and building insurance. This is one of the major perks of being in a condo, you have the lifestyle of lock and leave. You don't have the worry about mowing the lawn, shovelling the drive way in the winter and the maintenance. Our condo fees are calculated at $.34/sq.ft.

Condo Fees are based on a pre-approved annual budget for future operating cost and expense.
